Goba reiši – svetlikava pološčenka (Ganoderma lucidum)

Pregled znanstvene literature o delovanju gobe reiši

Reiši je japonsko ime za lesnato gobo svetlikava pološčenka (Ganoderma lucidum), katera je slovensko ime dobila zaradi svetleče površine klobuka, na kitajskem pa jo imenujejo Ling Zhi, kar v prevodu pomeni »goba nesmrtnosti«. Na Vzhodu jo v tradicionalni medicini uporabljajo že več kot 4000 let, saj ji je narava podarila številne zdravilne učinke.

Reiši vsebuje številne vitamine (A, B2, B3, B6, biotin, folna kislina…), mineralne snovi (železo, magnezij, cink, baker, mangan, germanij...) ter visokokakovostne polisaharide in triterpene. V raziskavah izvedenih v zadnjem obdobju so dokazali, da uživanje pripravkov iz gobe reiši vpliva na zmanjšanje škodljivega holesterola v krvi, zmanjšuje krvni pritisk ter ima antitrombozni učinek. Takšno delovanje pripisujejo triterpenom (ganoderminska, luciderminska, ganolucinska kislina…), ki so v tej gobi množično zastopani. Zavira sproščanje histamina, kar pomaga pri zmanjšanju alergenih reakcij, njen blagodejni učinek pa se kaže tudi pri motnjah spanca, živčnosti, stresu… Nekatere snovi v gobi delujejo pomirjajoče in sproščujoče na centralni žični sistem. Pri težavah s spancem pijemo reiši čaj eno uro pred spanjem. Reiši deluje blagodejno na oživčevanje in spodbuja diferenciacijo živčnih celic.
Znanstveniki so v gobi odkrili substanco, katera krepi notranje srčno mišičevje in poveča pretok krvi. Klinične študije so pokazale, da ima zaradi tega reiši dobrodejen vpliv na srčno–žilni sistem. Blagodejni učinek se je pokazal tudi pri pacientih s hepatitisom B ter pri akutnem in kroničnem hepatitisu. V Aziji že dolga desetletja uporabljajo reiši pri zdravljenju različnih oblik raka. V zadnjem desetletju, so klinične študije pripeljale celo do tega, da na Japonskem uvrščajo to gobo na uradno listo zdravil spremljajočih kemoterapiji. Neodvisno od tega, kdaj smo zaužili reiši (pred ali po rentgenskem obsevanju), se število levkocitov, eritrocitov in trombocitov izredno hitro vrne v prvotno stanje.

Pri pacientih, ki so uživali pripravke iz svetlikave pološčenke, se je pokazalo tudi, da imajo bistveno manj infekcij, izboljšala se je njihova produkcija protiteles oziroma imunska odpornost, še posebej se je povišala aktivnost tako imenovanih T-celic. Reiši pa ne krepi samo imunskega sistema, temveč ima tudi protibakterijsko in protivirusno delovanje. Reiši deluje protivnetno in protifibrozno pri cirozi jeter.
Le ko naš obrambni sistem telesa deluje pravilno, ostanemo zdravi. ß-glukani iz svetlikave pološčenke stimulirajo nastajanje različnih imuno-odzivnih celic, kot so na primer T- in B-limfociti, T celice pomagalke, makrofagi, naravne celice ubijalke. Z njihovo pomočjo je kontroliran in izboljšan naš imunski sistem. Reiši vzdržuje in podpira koristno črevesno floro in favno, pospešuje prebavo, razstruplja telo in vzdržuje naravno ravnotežje mikroorganizmov v črevesju. Študije dokazujejo tudi, da ima reiši posebno varovalno vlogo pri kadilcih. Pri boleznih, ki so posledica kajenja je bilo ugotovljeno, da lahko z uživanjem reiši čaja kar za 25 % zmanjšamo pojavnost obolenj.

Doziranje (suha goba reiši)
3-10g suhe gobe (1-3 čajne žličke) dnevno prelijemo z vrelo vodo in pustimo stati 10 minut, nato precedimo. Gobo lahko poparimo dvakrat. Priporočamo sočasno uživanje C vitamina. Preden čaj sladkamo z medom počakamo, da se ohladi pod 40°C, v tem primeru ga tudi ne mešamo s kovinskimi predmeti. Suho gobo lahko zaužijemo tudi vmešano v jogurte, sokove ali podobne jedi oziroma napitke. Za ta namen jo lahko še dodatno zmeljemo v mlinčku za kavo.

Eno do tri čajne žličke (5-15g) enkrat do trikrat dnevno, vmešano v jogurte, goste sokove ali jedi po kuhanju, lahko samostojno z nekaj tekočine. Pri preventivni terapiji po desetdnevnem uživanju priporočamo sedemdnevne premore. Priporočamo sočasno uživanje naravnega vitamina C.
